* Ingredients :
°200g pastry chocolate
°100 g of butter + a walnut for the mold
°50g flour
°100g caster sugar
°3 eggs
* Methods:
STEP 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (thermostat 6). In saucepan, melt chocolate also butter cut to pieces on very heat.
2ND STEP
In a bowl, add sugar, eggs, flour. Mix.
STEP 3
Add the chocolate/butter mixture. Mix well.
STEP 4
Butter with a sheet of paper towel and flour your mold then pour the cake batter into it.
STEP 5
Bake for about 20 minutes.
