INGREDIENTS
°2 catfish fillet
°1/2 t. garlic
°1/2 t. onion
°1/2 t. pepper
°1/2 t. paprika
°1/2 t. Oregano
°½ t. crush red pepper
°½ T. extra virgin olive oil
°salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven 350F.
In bowl, blend spices, salt / pepper.
Spread the spice mixture and sprinkle half over each catfish fillet.
Placing catfish in glass baking dish. Baking at 350 F for 25 min to fish is flaky.
Serving with steam vegetables or salad.
