Steak & shrimp



Prepared in only 10 min, it will making 4 serve of just 560 calories!
So this recipe is ideal for summer evenings with family or friends!


* Ingredients:

°4 New York steaks, sliced ​​striploin
°salt to taste
°pepper to taste
°1-2 tablespoons of olive oil
°3 tablespoons butter
°250gm shrimp with tail removed
°4 garlic cloves (or 1 tablespoon minced garlic)
°¼ cup chicken broth
°3/4 cup 35% cream
°1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
°1 tablespoon parsley, sliced

* Preparation:

Add salt and pepper to the steaks on both sides, to taste.
In a frying pan, add olive oil and steaks. Cook to desired temperature depending on desired degree of doneness.
In the same saucepan, add the melted butter by mixing it with the remaining oil.
Then adding shrimp to skillet with salt // pepper to taste. Flip shrimp halfway through cook process.
