I am not a fan of fast food. Although the burger tastes good for a few minutes, I still feel hungry after an hour. This is why I love to cook fast food at home because I have been able to make recipes healthy without compromising the taste. For the most skeptical, I invite you to call Alex who, before meeting me, ate at fast food restaurants 2 to 3 times a day. He hasn't set foot there for several months (by choice) and prefers salmon burgers, crab cakes and homemade fries. Well, I'm proud!
