*Ingredients :
°2 tsp olive oil, divide
°1 red pepper cutting tsp 1-inch cube or slice
°1 green pepper,bell cut to 1-inch cube or slice
°8 oz 8 ounce sirloin, cutting to strips against grain
°3 garlic cloves, mince
°½ C packed brown sugar
°½ C low-sodium soy sauce
°2 tsp sesame oil
°1 tsp ground ginger
°1 tsp of cornstarch
* Methods :
In skillet or wok pan on heat, add 1 tsp olive oil. Adding bell pepper also cook about 1-2 min to soft. Removing To heat & set-apart on plate.
Raise heat to high, adding sirloin, also cook on every side to brown beef, Minimize heat to medium-high a& keep to cook to no longer pink & brown on every side.
In bowl, whisk garlic, brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, & cornstarch.
Adding pepper to pan also adding sauce. Let it simmer for 1-2 minutes until the sauce begins to thicken. Serve over rice.
