Cheesy Baked Goulash



Today a new, simple and complete American recipe... Delicious Beef Goulash!
 Preparing this goulash, also called Slumgullion, is a bit like a single pasta dish... You pour all the ingredients into a Dutch oven and let it cook softly.. Convenient, isn't it? Really simple and delicious recipe, I recommend you to try it!!

* Ingredients
  
°500 grams minced meat
°1 chopped onion
°2 cloves minced garlic
°375 ml of water
°1 can of tomato sauce (425 g)
°1 can of mashed tomatoes (395 g).
°2 bay leaves
°20 ml soy sauce
°1/2 tsp. salt
°1/2 tsp. teaspoon paprika
°1 c. Provence herbs (or Italian spices)
°1/2 tsp. pepper
°300g uncooked pasta
°50 gm shredded cheddar cheese

* Preparation
 
Start by cooking the minced meat in a pan and let it simmer for a few minutes.
Then drain it in a colander and put it back in a frying pan.
Add chopped onion and garlic and cook, stirring regularly, until onion is translucent (about 5 minutes).
Then we add water, mashed tomatoes, tomato sauce, aromatics (bay leaf, Italian allspice) and spices (salt, pepper, paprika), not forgetting the soy sauce.
Mix everything well, cover and let it cook for 20 minutes.
Add the pasta and cook for another 30 minutes, still covered.
Stir from time to time.
At the end of cooking, remove the bay leaf and add the grated cheddar just before serving.
