°2 shortcrust pastry
°7White peaches
°1 pinch vanilla powder
°1 tbsp. lemon juice
°80g Sugar
°1 tbsp. Flour

*Preparation steps
Peeled peaches, cut them in half, pit them then cut them into thick strips. Place them in a bowl, sprinkle with flour, add the lemon juice, sugar and vanilla and mix. Letting to marinate for 31 min.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (th.6/7). Roll out 1 shortcrust pastry and garnish a pie dish. Place the peaches then cover with the 2nd shortcrust pastry. Tuck the edges well into the mold then make a small chimney in the center to let the steam escape.
Bake for about 40 minutes, until the pie is golden brown. Serve warm.
