°2 cups plain flour
°1 tablespoon baking soda
°2 cups granulated sugar
°2 large eggs
°1 teaspoon vanilla extract
°20 oz can crushed pineapple

°1/2 cup salted butter
°1 teaspoon vanilla extract
°2/3 cup evaporated milk
°1 cup sugar, granulated
°1 cup pecans, chopped
°1 c shredded sweetened coconut
* Methods
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and butter a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, eggs, vanilla extract & crush pineapple.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until golden brown, in a baking dish.
Using the handle of a wooden spoon, make several holes in the cake.
In a medium saucepan, bring the butter, sugar, evaporated milk and vanilla to a boil.
Cook for about 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly, after adding the pecans and coconut.
Spread the filling evenly over the cake, slice and serve!
