Bacon Cheeseburger😍😍



If you are looking for a low carb cheeseburger casserole, this is the recipe for you! Just 2 net carbs per serve and it's so filling / delicious!

heavy cream

ground pepper

teaspoon
hot sauce

ounces
grated cheddar cheese

teaspoon
fresh dill

*Instructions

 Cutting bacon into small pieces & placing them in  skillet over heat. Cook, stirring often, until crispy. Removing bacon from skillet and set apart. Drain fat from pan.
Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, crumbling as it cooks. Drain the fat.
Adding onion & garlic to skillet with beef and cook to translucent, about 5 min.
Add cream cheese, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and seasoned salt to skillet and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until combined.
Spread the beef mixture into a greased 8×8 baking dish. Top with cooked bacon.
Crack the eggs into a medium bowl and whisk with the heavy cream until well blended. Stir in pepper and hot sauce.
Pour the egg mixture over the beef and bacon.
Top with cheddar.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until set and golden on top. Sprinkle with dill before serving.
