* Preparation :
Heat a spoonful of oil in a pan barely larger than the pork chop. When the oil is hot, place the meat in it.

Brown for 4 min on one side, then turning meat. Leave to brown in the same way on the other side.

When the two sides of the meat have taken color, pour water into the pan to the height of the meat and add a KuB broth. Reduce the heat and let it simmer.
