Potato soup


So this generous soup, simple and not expensive at all, would be much appreciated in times of heavy rain or gloomy weather.


°600g onion, peeled and finely chopped (about 4 large onions)
°1 tsp olive-oil buy now
°2 medium sized beans, peeled and cut into pieces
°1 bay leaf buy now
°1 sheet of turkey wood (or turkey powder) Info
°1 sprig of thyme
°2 vegetable peppers
°1 cub organic broth vegetable
°1 garlic-clove, peel & grated
°Pinch of ground cloves (optional) Buy
°900 ml of water
°Salt 
°Fried onions (optional)

* Methods : 

Heat-oil also add onion, garlic also green pepper. Fry onions until translucent.
Then add the water, vegetable cube, clove powder, thyme, bay leaf, and turkey.
Cook covered for 20 minutes. Stir from time to time.
Once the onions are softened, and the water is reduced by about half, remove the scents and blend with a blender or stick blender until you get a smooth texture.
Divide soup among bowls and sprinkle with fried onions (optional).
